Fitness Test

So as I come to the last couple of weeks of my training program I decided I would try something different.  Normally I shift into a pilates/total gym regemin that is high rep and low weight for 6 weeks to work core strength and all those small supporting muscles and tendons.

This time I watched one of the 24 hour fitness trainers work out and got all impressed.  This trainer actually follows her own advice,  works out hard, and is never sitting down at a desk blowing time on the phone.  She comes in, trains a customer or works out and then moves on.

So I approached her about some personal training and she signed me up for a “fitness evaluation”.

Why do I find myself feeling like I am up for a belt test or something.
